Our 8 Step Renovation Process
Step 1. Quote
Hugh will arrange a time with you in order to discuss your renovation goals and a quote would be sent through with choices of fixtures, fittings and the tile type.
Step 2. Skip Bin
Once you have agreed to the scope of works, we will arrange a date to suit and to get the renovation started with the delivery of your waste skip bin.
Step 3. Demo/Plumbing
The following day the stripping team will come in to remove all the current tiles and fixtures so that the plumbing preparation works can begin.
Step 4. Electrical Work
Then electrician will arrive in order to move around light switches, add downlights or fan systems as well as completing any other electrical related works.
Step 5. Screeding
Once the electrical work is completed, screeding the floor will begin to ensure the correct levels for water run-off. We will then begin waterproofing surfaces.
Step 6. Tiles/Cornices
The tiler will come in and starts to work his magic. The project is now starting to look like you had imagined with cornice works being completed.
Step 7. Painting/Fit-Out
Painting ceilings, walls and cornices is completed so that the final fit-out of your bathroom can occur. These final pieces make it come alive right before your eyes.
Step 8. Thorough Clean
A full deep clean is undertaken on the bathroom and there you have it … your finished bathroom renovation and another happy Plummech Services customer.
